PrismAI is a product designed for educational institutions. This policy describes what information we collect when you visit our website and how we handle it.

We collect only what we need to operate this site and respond to enquiries:

• Contact information you submit via forms or by emailing us — name, institution, email address, phone number.
• Anonymous analytics on pages viewed and referrer source. We use a privacy-friendly analytics provider that does not track individuals.
• Booking information if you schedule a discovery call through our scheduling provider, which is processed under that provider's own privacy terms.

• To respond to enquiries and schedule discovery calls.
• To send a custom proposal if you request one.
• To improve which parts of the site are useful to visitors.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

We set one analytics cookie only after you accept it via the consent banner. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. You can decline at any time without affecting site functionality.

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for analytics at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

Enquiry emails are retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Anonymous analytics are retained for 12 months in aggregate.
